If you really want to know this answer, then it's gonna be a spoiler. Read on if you want to. The last time you see N in Pokemon Black and White is when you battle him hero to hero. He has one of the legendary dragon pokemon (reshiram/zekrom) and you have the other. You two battle at N's Castle, which you get to after you defeat the elite four. Afterwards, you don't see him again, and I'm not in favor of not seeing him again. Out of all the characters, he would be my favorite.
