Yes. You need to make a portal. It requires 14 obsidian and a flint and steel. It needs to be a 2x3 gap. Light the bottom of the portal on fire, and step in the portal. It doesn't teleport you instantly, you need to sit in the portal for a few seconds. Bring the flint and steel with you! If a ghast hits the portal, it'll die, and you won't be able to return to the overworld without killing yourself!
