I'm assuming here that you are running a Dark World deck, if i am wrong, this advice might not be accurate. Something that i run in my Dark Worlds' is The Cheerful Coffin. It is a normal spell card that lets you discard up to 3 monsters from your hand. Another card would be Card Destruction, giving you an opportunity to use the effects of your Dark Worlds', and draw more cards. Some cards used to remove cards from play are Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, and Big Burn. Any card that actually uses Spell Counters will tell you what to do with them. Breaker the Magical Warrior tells you what his own counter does, while cards like Megaton Magical Cannon say to remove spell counters from other cards.

A ban card in advance tournament is almost useless but from time to time, UDE changes the list for you to use them again. However, in traditional tournament, you are allowed to use ban cards but you still have to follow the limited and semilimited list. For Egyptian god cards, there are not made to play in Yugioh tournaments due to their powerful strength. It's basically just made for marketting a collection for Yugioh Fan collectors.
