How many rock band games are there?
There are several Rock Band games. Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2, Rock Band Track Pack Vol. 1, 2, Classic Rock, and AC/DC. And on September 9th, Rock Band: The Beatles will be out, (and I already reserved a copy, which you can pretty much do at any game store).
Can the rock band 2 drum cymbals be used for rock band 1?
no. there is no separate track that uses the cympals. I suppose thay could be used as replacement for other buttons, though.

No it is not in any Guitar Hero game at all nor will it be, unless it is released in a future Guitar Hero. However, a live version of it was released in a Track Pack of the Rock Band series which was a game in itself. The game is AC/DC Live: Rock Band Track Pack

no, or they wouldn't sell Rock Band and Rock Band full set separately...
