Nancy Drew ( Emma Roberts ) is kidnapped in the 2007 Movie by the henchmen of the bad guy, who chloroform Nancy into unconsciousness and then bungle her into a car. She is kidnapped and held hostage in several books, two examples being the Bungalow Mystery, where Nancy is hit on the head and knocked-out by Stumpy Dowd. When she wakes up, Nancy is tied and held prisoner. In Sisters in Crime, Lori Westerly subjects Nancy to a sleeper hold and makes Nancy faint. When Nancy comes too, she has been kidnapped and taken to a pier and dressed in a swim suit, all while Nancy was unconscious, but there are dozens more
