You can't use Bottomless Trap Hole in the Damage Step of the Battle Phase (the period of play that starts when the defending monster is flipped, to the time monsters destroyed by battle go to the graveyard and anything that triggers from that finishes resolving). But you can't use Call of the Haunted during those times either, so any valid use of Call of the Haunted can have Bottomless Trap Hole used against it if the monster has enough ATK.
If Gorz is being summoned outside the Damage Step, then yes, Bottomless Trap Hole can be used against him. If he is being summoned due to battle damage, this is in the Damage Step, so Bottomless Trap Hole can't be used against him.

Call of the Haunted special summons on resolution. If this resolution is negated, then it will not special summon anything. Even if the negation effect stops being applied later on, Call will not then summon a monster.
How does the Quick-play 'Inferno Reckless Summon' work?
Basically, when you special summon a monster with 1500 or less ATK with cards like marauding captain, call of the haunted, or monster reborn, you can activate this card when your opponent has a face-up monster to special summon all copies of that monster. Your opponent can special summon all copies of his monster too, but that's a rare chance IMO.

Nothing really - traps get negated, including Call of the Haunted. Call of the Haunted special summons a monster, and has a condition to destroy itself or the monster, depending on what happens. However it is not true to say it is 'holding' the monster on the field. Simply negating Call of the Haunted will not destroy the monster. While Call of the Haunted is being negated, if the monster is destroyed, Call of the Haunted will remain on the field, uselessly. If Call itself is destroyed, then the monster is not destroyed.

If A activates Call of the Haunted and B Chains Mistical Space Typhoon, COTH is destroyed and no monsters are summoned. If COTH is chained to MST, either monster will be summoned, but then MST will destroy COTH, and the monster will also be destroyed. However, either monsters effect will activate as both will be summoned then destroyed.

Yes, that's fine. He activates Monster Reborn, targeting Blue-Eyes. You chain Call of the Haunted, targeting the same one. Just because Monster Reborn targeted it first, does not mean other cards can't target it. The chain resolves in reverse order as normal, so your Call of the Haunted resolves first, summoning the Blue-Eyes, then his Monster Reborn resolves without effect because the target is gone (he cannot select a new target).

No part of Call of the Haunted's activation prevents monsters from being tributed. Of course, if you activate it in your opponent's turn, you could only tribute the monster for a spell speed 2 effect or trigger.

It depends how they are summoned. Bottomless Trap Hole can remove multiple monsters, but only when summoned by the same source. If a player used Monster Reborn and chained Call of the Haunted, then both will resolve, summoning the two monsters. However Bottomless Trap Hole can only be used against the one that was summoned last. If both were summoned simultaneously, by, say, Flute of Summoning Dragon, then Bottomless Trap Hole can respond to this one source of special summon after resolution, to destroy and remove both monsters. One other situation is the player summons the Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, and then uses its effect to summon a Blue-Eyes. You could chain BTH to Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's effect activation, you will destroy and remove it, but the Blue-Eyes will still be summoned after. Or, you could allow the Blue-Eyes to be summoned first, and respond to that summon, destroying and removing Blue-Eyes. But because both monsters are summoned from different sources, you will not be able to destroy and remove them both.

Just because Call of the Haunted was selected, does not in any way stop it from being chained. Greenkappa is unable to destroy a target that has flipped before Greenkappa's effect can resolve, but will still destroy the other one if that remains face down.
