Can you turn off the blood in MW3?

You can but you can only do it with a xbox there is no swearing, and just go to the family mode setting go to eplict content put it blocked and play the game online and offline, but when you play on multiplayer or campaign the blood will be not shown .Instead of blood and gore flying everywhere the will just be none because the xbox policies state that family mode applies to blood and language and etc. If this is what you are looking for so that you can play Mw3 and all other call of duties this is what you do.
