No but you could turn down or off your volume for cut-scenes. As for Xbox Live matchmaking you can set your Psych Profile Preferences: Team Players: [your preference] Language: [your preference] Committed Players: [your preference]

Halo: Reach was not launched for the PC of any kind, only the Xbox 360, which does not allow for disabling of blood and gore.
the answer is yes but if you want a game with guns your better off with halo then any other one
There should be an option to turn "gore" off in the options menu.
