In halo One Combat Evolved Or any other halo games for pc,options are available to turn off images of blood and gore.

Halo: Reach was not launched for the PC of any kind, only the Xbox 360, which does not allow for disabling of blood and gore.

There should be an option to turn "gore" off in the options menu.
You can't, I don't know any other games that can let you do that.
