In Pokemon firered you can't, but in Pokemon leafgreen you can get it then trade it to Pokemon firered.
You can't get Moltres in Pokemon Crystal, Only in Pokemon Leafgreen and Pokemon Firered. Including Pokemon Platinum.

No, trading Pokemon is not a feature available in Pokemon Liquid Crystal as it is a ROM hack of Pokemon FireRed.
Trade it from Gold, Crystal or Silver is the only way I know of.
You can only trade it from another game: Gold, Silver, Crystal or Emerald.

Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, and Crystal can trade between themselves. Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Firered, and Leafgreen can trade between themselves. Games from list 1 cannot connect with list 2.
Crystal cannot trade to Leafgreen because for a couple reasons: One that the game is on a different console and is not compatible with the Gameboy Color, Two since the game had not came out when Crystal was released no program was created to trade between the newer games that would follow Crystal even if the newer games are remakes of the older ones such as Firered and Leafgreen.
all Pokemon can be traded (even eggs) to Leaf Green with out the nat. dex. with the nat dex. you can trade to emerald, ruby and Sapphire. but not to the older games like crystal and red
