go to 6 island and surf down until you find the ruins with brail, use cut, and then you find a maze inside there. Enter the whole, then go to up whole, then the one down, then the left whole, then the right whole, and you get the sapphire, but a scientist make off with it. go to five island and go east, find the warehouse and enter.
Get through it and battle the scientist at the end, then he will give you the sapphire back. Take it to celio, and then you can trade with ruby , sapphire and , emerald
