Can you trade Pokemon from soul silver to Pokemon white?

if u wanna get zorua or zoroark u need to transfer celebii or 1 of the three dogs.now most people are having trouble trading from soulsilver/heartgold to Pokemon black or white. what u need 2 doo is throughout the gameplay qet a relocater. this distributes event Pokemon to black/white. to get the relocater in Castelia city where the zorua disguised as a kid, go outside of that building nd go to a building that is to the left of it its a little bit more up then the zorua bulding but its to the top left. if ur having trouble finding it it should look almost identical to the zorua bulding.Once in there there should be an elevator to go to the top of the building it should say 11floor. once in the 11nth floor look for a scientst. once u find a scientist talk to him . once u talk 2 him he shuld ask u sumthing nd u have to type sum wordz , like fill in the blank. in the first blank put "Everyone" AND ON THE SECOND BOX PUT 'happy" . once done he will say sumtin nd then u have to do it again but this time put in the first box "simple" and on the second box "connection" . once done he should say sumtin immediatly save it and turn off ur game. turn it backk on and once in ur Pokemon black/white option show up don't klik continue insteadgo to the bootom nd the last 1 should be the relocater becauseif u did all these steps correctly u should receive it. now u need 2 ds systems. once u have to in 1 of ur ds systems put in soulsilver. and in the other ds system put in white/black. now on the soulsilver ds system do not go in to your soulsilver. just be sure the celebii or the dogs r in ur PC. in that system instead of kliking soulsilver you click on DS Download play. on the ds with blac/white in it go to the relocator. now first on the black/white game press relocater. then in the soulsilver/heartgold press DS download Play. itwill take a minute to load. once done it shuld say 1 or 2 or three or 4 event Pokemon will be distributed depending on how much event Pokemon u have. then click yes distribute those Pokemon. let it load . then 1ce done it willl say distribute completed. you can turn off your systems now. turn on ur system with black/white in it and go to your PC nd those event Pokemon should be in ur PC.:D if u just want to trade Pokemon u must complete the Pokemon league and use the poke'transferer

No, you can only transfer Pokemon from soulsilver to black and white, you can not get them back once you do, this goes for all games released prior to Black and White, not including the ones for the gameboy, which cannot be used at all, read the back of the game case. Note: this works just like palpark meaning that you won't get them back once you transfer so be careful. Spoiler alert: you will need to play a capturing game first.

You cant you need to go to the transfer lab and transfer the Pokemon and make sure they don't have anything held and don't know any HM moves.
