The bottom of the world is the void.
It is not a seed, it is a world download. Look up dropper world download on google or minecraft forums
to play a map, open minecraft, then click singleplayer, choose the world, then click play selected world.
A LAN world means if someone is playing Minecraft using the same modem/router as you, they can come into your world and play with you.
There is no way to restore a deleted world on the PSVita version of Minecraft. Perhaps some government-level data recovery company would have a chance, but even they may not be able to have any success with the Vita's proprietary memory cards.

If you delete a world through the Delete World button, it completely erases it (no recovery). However, if a world you did not delete but isn't showing up, all you do is rename the folder in .minecraft/saves ~Hiukuss
