I love explaining this to people. Equipment needed:AV cables, PS3, TV, Laptop/Computer, Dazzle Platinum*, S-Video Cable**, HDMI cable*** Connect your HDMI cable to your PS3 and TV, same with the S-video cable, connect your AV cables to your TV then to your Dazzle Platinum along with your S-Video cable if you have one. Connect the other end of the Dazzle Platinum to your Laptop/Computer using the USB jack. Using the software that came with Dazzle Platinum you should be able to record your PS3 Gameplay! *Its a video recording Jack that connects to your PC, costs about £35 **S-Video cable, improves the sound quality ***HDMI cable, improves the gameplay quality by 6 times. This is the most basic way of recording your PS3 There is a more expensive and more complicated way of doing this but I dont know how to do it e.g. for game trailers and competitions

HD PVR Or Roxio...
With a video capture card, I've put a link down below in the related links section, this will explain a lot about the entire process. Another option besides using Callofduty's website is to purchase an Hauppage HD PVR or dazzle capture card. This will allow you to record directly from your television. That is how I do my videos.
Give ' em the old razzle dazzle.
It is not hard at all to capture a video on a computer using a video capture card. Just make sure that you have a computer, a video capture device, video capture software, and if you want to edit your video you will need Video Editing software. If you want to record your video to DVD you will need DVD recording software. If you want to physically record the DVD you will need a DVD burner.

For this I am going to assume that you are using it for a DVD player or a video game system. You will need the dazzle itself, and the software disk that comes with the dazzle. You plug the Red Yellow and White AV cables into the Dazzle. If you want to watch what you are recording (watch the DVD on the TV as it is being recorded, or play the game as it is being recorded) you will need 3 AV splitter cables. The cables should be 2 male (output) and one female (input). Here is a picture of what the may look like. ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31TelR%2BsCYL._SL500_AA300_.jpg You plug one of the male ends into the dazzle and one into the TV.
