You can't catch Zekrom in Pokemon Black, since its exclusive to Pokemon White. If you mean Reshiram, I can help! If you didn't catch Reshiram the first time, after you defeat N and Ghestis , go to the top of Dragonspiral Tower and Reshiram should be there. Hope this helps!
