For pc/Mac: you can get the fertility treatment in the life time wishes thing. To get it you need 10,000 points. Get it for the mom and the dad so they have more children. My sims had 5 kids at once.
You must reach the top of the Paranormal career (it comes with university, so if you don't have that, you're out of luck.) Then, once getting to the top, you should go into the Career Rewards section (under the backpack icon, same as aspiration Rewards and inventory) and find it.

Hold Ctrl+shift+C at the same time and a little box will show up , then in the box type Aspirationpoints # (# is where you put how much points you want!)OR You can pop up the cheat box like above and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (like that) then press ctrl and click on the tasks that earn you aspiration points. You do quests to complete achievements. Once all achievements are completed, you can play it like normal sims. Every quest, gives you Xp, this can be used to place buildings in the town. However, you can also use Xp to ally with surrounding city's. You CANNOT make whole family's until you complete all the achievements, you can get pregnant sims but you cannot control the child.

Without hacks....yes! With out cheats........no! once you get her on a date type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true in the cheat box and then hold shift and click on her. Choose make selectable. Once you select her type aspirationPoints 9999999999 in the same cheat box as before. Go to her aspiration rewards and get the orb that changes what your sims aspiration is. Make her use it and change her into the family want. Then you can make her unselectable and marry her. Ps. you may want to turn the boolprop cheat off before marrying her because my game crashes if that cheat is on and it goes to one of those video things if a sim marries or has a first kiss.

(MySims Wii:) She lives in the scary mansion in the bayou. After you complete the mission there, she inherits the mansion. You can also recruit her as an agent once you get back to HQ.

You cant unless your sim is at university, then they have chance to change their aspiration sometime, or if you type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the quotation marks into the cheat bar, then you shift click on your sim, there is an option change aspiration, then you click on more click on that and choose the aspiration you want it to change to and then your sims aspiration changes. NOTE: your goals change after you change your aspiration so if you have been wroking on a goal recently FINISH IT FIRST!!!
