first you have to be pregnant. then press ctrl shift and c and write 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' then press shift and click at your sim. click at 'spawn' and go to more until you find an option means 'graveyard of life and dead' or something like that. now there will be a graveyard click on it normal and then at 'speed my pregnancy' you'll get the baby in three hours.

or you download the inteenator, get the alarm clock with clicking at your sim and then you can decide when the baby should come
