Most likely not. There are a few newer brands of MP4 Players that offer NES Emulation, but beyond that, the games that come with some MP4's are usually a part of the system's ROM, and therefore are non-upgradeable.
You could always hack it in one way or another, but that's likely much more trouble than it's worth.
