Actually, toy codes can't be generated, because Club Penguin creates their own unique code, that can't be used again. The code is activated at purchase of the toy, or card, or something like that. You can't just make your own codes, unfortunately you must spend money to get them, even if there was a coin code generator, you couldn't keep the same code. Usually they give you used codes and you find out that either someone else used it, or the maker used it.
