No. Not really. The berries info in your bag may say they are famous for being made into poffins in the Sinnoh reigon but you are not allowed to import or create poffins in Heartgold or Soulsilver. You may know this already but there is a similar thing called a apricorn case where you can make drinks out of apricorns to raise your pokemons stats for the pokeathalons.
