yes, you can get married on sims 2 castaways for wii, i have it and i just married to of my sims, you need to have maximum realtionship between the people you want to get married, (use the cheat gnome and you can get 100 in all realtionships) your sims both must be wearing the marriage beanie and wedding lei.

if you dont already have those in your inventory you need to go to your crafting bench and click CRAFT>CLOTHING>HAT> MARRIAGE BEANIE (make sure you make two) and then for the lei click CRAFT>CLOTHING>JEWELRY>ALOHA WEDDING LEI (make two of these also)

((if you dont already have a crafting bench you can make one by clicking

menu>plans>special plans>then choose wich ever crafting bench youd like))

once your ready for your sims to get marries put the beanie and lei on both of them have one sim approch the other and click romantic > perpose
