Can you do critical finishes in soul calibur broken destiny on the Sony Psp?

OK well in the game you know those little blue circles next to each character's health bars? Those are called soul gauges.If a character is constantly blocking attacks and not attacking,or if almost all of the player's attacks are reflected with guard impacts,the soul gauge starts to turn red.Once you get the opponent's soul gauge to flash red by guard impacting their attacks,or if they just guard all the time,press the right shoulder button.
The character will attack the opponent with a powerful blue lightening lokking attack.If succeeded the character will do a pose and say something,and then start their critical finish!All custom characters do the same critical finish as the character whom's move set they have.
