I have downloaded rise of the nations : thrones and patriots which was not in english and it was a real pain to play the game.
Fortunately, I had Rise of The Nations (no expansion) installed which was in english language.
I did the following :
1) Installed both RoN and Ron : T&P
2) Mounted RoN in virtual drive
3) Opened RoN : T&P exe
and.... there you go.....
