Buy good armour, eg. Barrows or Dragon armour, weapons (not 2 handed) - best are dragon scimmys or things along those lines - if you are sorta rich get a dragonfire shield, if not get an anti-dragonshield. Get lots of food, swordies, lobbies or sharks. Prayer would be good as well.
Edit by Conner Davis:
Jesus, he's not fighting KBD ffs, he doesn't need half that.
For green drags at level 60? Get some rune armor. If you already have 60 attack, get a dragon longsword. Bare minimum: rune full helm, rune platelegs, rune platebody, rune boots (if you are a member), rune scimitar (or dragon longsword if you are member and have 60+ attack.)
REMEMBER TO BRING AN ANTI-DRAGON SHIELD. Without it you are guranteed to die.
Your inventory should include some teleport runes for your teleport, Varrock or Falador or Lumbridge or whatever, and the rest food, lobsters probably.

The best monster to kill in Runescape would be the King Black Dragon.
If he's a pure then yes My answer....(Veteran Rsc) No. Even if you were a pure, you would still have a lack of defense. This would cause the Dragons to hit regularly on you. So no, I wouldn't.
Corporeal Beast, Mithril Dragon, Kalphite Queen, King Black Dragon, Tormented Demons, Chaos Elemental.
At your level, I would say killing Experiments ( Level 25 - 100Hp = 400exp per kill ) near Canfis.
He is easy to kill only level 20, you have to be a woman in Runescape to get to him though, my guesses your doing the recruitment Drive Quest.
