If you want to change how they look, once you're on Sims, open the cheat box (click and hold Ctrl Shift C) and type in "testingcheatsenabled true" without the " but WITH the space. then, hold SHIFT and click the Sim you want to edit. A cheat menu should pop up and you select "Edit Sim in CAS" and it will bring you to the Sim Creator where you can edit your Sim and give it plastic surgery.
