no.
It was thought to be the next Pokemon game, after diamon and pearl. But now, it's been told that Pokemon Platinum will be the next game. So up till now, no Pokemon opal is not a real game.
in real life you can not go in the Pokemon world but you can pretend.:)

The "Wireless" option is used for real life Nintendo Events and the "Nintendo WFC" option is for Wi-Fi Nintendo events.

You don't do live events in Pokemon diamond...that's why they're called LIVE! You have to go to one in real life
they are things in real life that you go to but you have to look them up on pokemon.com i think
I believe there is no Pokemon event in ruby because Pokemon events are in real life. Pokemon events are sponsor by Nintendo to give away Pokemon that usually can not be obtain in normal play like Shaymin or Arceaus or very high level hard to get Pokemon. Plus, they don't hold Pokemon events for games except for diamond, pearl, and the possibly upcoming platnium game. Locations are found in other websites such as www.Pokemon.com.
no it is real....
it is pretty simple really. the day on diamond or pearl is the same day as it is in real life.
You get it from professor oak it allows one rare Pokemon to evolve. And the answer before this was the real life type of upgrade :P
There is no Starbuck's in Pokemon. What you are refering to is the fact that you get WiFi connection in Starbuck's Coffee. It is not in-game. Real-life Starbuck's has access to WiFi.
