Yes you can, but you will have to buy the Aion NA CD. The two are completely different, so you will have to cancel your order is you have already ordered, then buy the Aion NA CD. The reason behind this is because the EU CD will only give you access to EU servers and the NA Aion CD will giv eyou access to only NA servers.
