For the PlayStation 2 or Nintendo Wii there is a great adventure game called Okami where you play as wolf goddess named Amaterasu. Marvel VS. Capcom 3, a fighting game coming out in 2011 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, will include Amaterasu as a playable character. In The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the main character will turn into a wolf, but he does not remain this way for the entire game.
There is a really old DOS game called WOLF where you are a wolf... its hard to get it to work now days though :(
