really determined to do so, it's just a matter of balancing
calories and exercise.
Many people are reporting weight loss with a ramen noodle diet,
but as many people point out, ramen noodles have a high level of
sodium that can actually cause you to retain water.
It's also not a good idea to simply eat just one thing. One
person reported loosing 10lbs on a ramen noodle diet, only using
half the flavor packets or substituting the flavor packets with
something else, such as salt, pepper, garlic or even lemon
juice.
