First we need to know how many of 100 people will eat it. Let's assume each person eats 1/2 cups. You'd make 50 cups = ~3 gallons. So around 3 gallons, in my opinion, would be enough. There will be people who eat none leaving extra for people who eat a lot. If you know the people coming aren't big fans, 1-2 gallons should be plenty.
I would make 25 pounds coleslaw.

A general guideline for serving cole slaw is about 2 ounces per person as a side dish. For 125 people, you would need approximately 15.6 pounds of cole slaw (125 people x 2 ounces = 250 ounces, then divide by 16 to convert to pounds). It’s a good idea to round up to ensure you have enough, so preparing around 16-18 pounds would be advisable.
Depends on the slaw recipe.
About 25 pounds. I feed them 5-6 oz portions.
One pound is the equivalent of 16 ounces. Since one cup is eight ounces, there would be two whole cups in a pound of coleslaw.
