You can not go on saying the restaurant must be At Fault. The olive many have been chewed on and not disposed of, it might have landed on a sensitive tooth, it may have been a strong olive. It is not for suing the restaurant when all the proof you have is an olive cause tooth damage. Usually, olive pits can fall into salads, yet you must tell the restaurant- not sue them for a minor human error we all make.
