Yes, but its not CERTAIN. Usui loves Misaki and he will never love anyone else, that's obvious. Misaki loves Usui too, and I don't think she'll end up loving anyone else, and they seem as if they're going to end up together. Its still ongoing (both the manga and the anime) so you can't say they DO end up together, but after a bunch of conflict and stuff, they're probably gonna end up together, I mean it was pretty obvious from the beginning ;) I mean not TOTALLY obvious, its just one of those animes that even though they don't seem like they'll end up together, its sorta obvious they will, like for example if you've seen Special A, Kei and Hikari were obviously going to end up together, but the story didn't make it BORING

∙ 10y agoIn the final epiode of Kaichou wa Maid-sama, Usui and Misaki go to the school festival. Misaki is forced against her will to partake in a series of couples games to win a prize, which they end up winning. The prize was a being able to wear a couples costume while watching the fireworks in an empty classroom (their costume happened to be those of Romeo and Juliet). Usui tells Misaki he loves her then they kiss as fireworks go off. They become a couple and walk out of the classroom only to have Misaki return to her usual behavior of saying she hates Usui and that he's stupid.
The ending in the manga however is different. In the final chapter Usui and Misaki get married.

Why does usui say it is to troublesome to be ayuzawa's lover in kaichou wa maid-Sama?
Because well, 1. Misaki doesn't SHOW she loves Usui back, or at the time she didn't, but what he REALLY meant was like Misaki is always doing things that are too much for her and she needs to be saved by Usui, or Usui feels he has to save her. She overworks herself, or does stupid things, and so that's what he meant
