The Ranma 1/2 anime is complete and has been since 1992. In short, it will not. As for the OVAs, it's impossible to say when or if it will at all; since the most recent was released 12 years after the previous, it seems anything is truly possible, but since predictability has gone out the window I wouldn't hold my breath for a sequel.

∙ 13y agoThey will not continue the anime for a reason I have yet to find. It stops at episode 51. You can always continue reading it through manga chapters online. That's what I'm doing.

No it does not end at episode 366. It will continue after the manga has gone a little further. Otherwise they might use fillers,but these said filler(being sub stories within the anime which have little to do with the main story) are considered bad among the views due to the fact that the manga goes far beyond the anime. So it will definitely continue.
