None that anyone knows of. Many people will say, "Oh! Naruto loves Hinata! They will be together forever!" or "No. Kiba and Hinata should be together! I mean, look. They are on the same team!" etc.~LexiMany people think Neji had, despite them being cousins, because Japan is not bothered by cousin romances. But this is mostly due to the "Rock Lee's Springtime Of Youth" spin-off, where Neji does have a pretty bad crush on Hinata. In the canon, I doubt he has a crush on her.

There isn't any technical romance in bleach (you could count orihime's love for ichigo as romance I suppose, however they're not together). However I think Ishida might like her by the way he tends to look at her and worry about her.
