Many people think Neji had, despite them being cousins, because Japan is not bothered by cousin romances. But this is mostly due to the "Rock Lee's Springtime Of Youth" spin-off, where Neji does have a pretty bad crush on Hinata. In the canon, I doubt he has a crush on her.

It seems as though Kiba has somewhat of a crush on Hinata. In the anime, he sometimes worries about her. If Naruto ever realizes Hinata's crush on him, he will possible fall in love with her too.

i think it is at least threeppl in bleach that like rukia. There are; "Ichigo (a little maybe enough for a potential crush or something), kon (sexually attracted to her), & Renji (who had a chance to be with her but let her go). Let me explain; Ichigo; begun to show slight feelings for rukia as he got to know her. Kon; likes her because she is pretty and he is a perverted animal or mod-soul. Renji; who grew up with her and most likely loved her but lost her when he told her to take the opportunity to be adopted out to the Kuchiki's family. So to me those are the candidates i think that may have a thing for rukia but however out of most of them i find ichigo and renji to have the most feelings. I'll explain my reasons for this. Renji; put aside his feelings and his want to be with rukia to let her go off and be successful. Which i think that may have cost him some slight feelings rukia may have had for him. Ichigo; though they fight and argue, rukia shows to bring out the best in ichigo and has been one of only people in the series to make him happy and make him want to get stronger and fight harder. I think if any one will end up together at the of the series will be ichigo and rukia. The series practially started off with them and they hinted feelings for each other. It might as well end with them. Even the creators of Bleach promote the idea. Ichigo and rukia kiss to! (not in English yet. still Japanese manga uryu sooooo does on one episode rukia comes back ichigo didnt tell him keigo says got a crush on someone ishida? and he blushes and says no. and orihime thinks that uryu likes rukia at least
