I don't think he will marry Suigetsu or anybody else for that matter because he mainly only cares about his revenge. But once he kills Sasuke maybe. But i hope he marries lame old Inopig even though i doubt it.

Jugo will not marry Suigestu, as Jugo only has had feeling for Sasuke and Kimimaro, who were able to tame the rage he could not control.
Juugo only has feelings towards sasuke because he believes uchiha sasuke is the reincarnation of Kimmimaro. suigetsu has no place in his heart or goals. so no, he will not marry suigetsu.
