Some are obvious, like not enough viewers or being to,um inappropriate. Some are taken off because of racism or violence. Some examples are old bugs bunny cartoon's, WWII Propaganda and others. Sometimes the Cartoons are too creepy (like Mark Twain's "The mysterious Stranger" that was meant for kids, or simply outlive their legacy.
