The Hunger Games is a Trilogy so Peeta and Katniss are important because the next two books are based on them and their life. The 3 books are
1. The Hunger Games
2. Mocking Jay
3. Catching Fire
Katniss and Peeta start off with an interesting relationship. Peeta once threw Katniss a loaf of bread when he saw her starving in the street one day, and claims that he had loved her since the first time he saw her.
They act as though they are "star-crossed lovers" while they are in the Arena in order to get Sponsor gifts, and ultimately in order for both of them survive. When they both survive the games, Peeta realizes that Katniss was putting on a show while they were in the arena. At the same time, Katniss is realizing she has true feelings for Peeta. Both of their feelings' for each other grow throughout the entire series after more experiences that they both share as the rebellion progresses.
Katniss and Peeta bonded in the arena, and their bond lasted and their relationship grew because of how much they experienced together.
Katniss was very surprised, angry even. She didn't understand what he meant, she thought it was just to get more sponsors. Katniss pushes Peeta afterwards for announcing a lie, because she thought she looked like a weakling. Afterwards Haymitch says that it's a good thing because she will get sponsers, too. It would put on a good show, and that's exactly what Panem wants. At the end of the book, Katniss finds out that Peeta meant what he said, and it was the truth.
She had to hunt outside the district boundaries, which is illegal
That depends. What do you mean by first event? If you mean the cornucopia, then it makes Katniss become angry/annoyed at Peeta. If you mean when he joins the Careers, then it makes Katniss hate Peeta and wish for his death. If you have a different event in mind, you need to be more specific.
The first to die was Leeg 2, one of the people in Squad 451, who died from an unlabeled pod. Then there was Boggs, from another mislabeled pod. Mitchel died trying to pull Peeta off of Katniss, but Peeta hurled him into a net of barbed wire. Messalla died in a sort of acidic light. Then Homes, Jackson, and Castor died holding off the lizard mutts. Finnick died (sob) from the lizard mutts as well. Soon afterward, Prim was killed by Gale's bombs. Other deaths: Cinna, Portia, Peeta's prep team, President Snow, President Coin. Total deaths: Leeg 1 Leeg 2 Boggs Mitchel Messalla Momes Jackson Castor Finnick Prim Cinna Portia Peeta's prep team Snow Coin

She hunts for food for her family and they have to do it outside the district boundaries and if she was ever caught, she would have her tongue cut out and become an Avox, the term for a Capital slave that became a slave as a punishment for trying to escape
She had to hunt outside the district boundaries, which is illegal
Outside of a Small Circle of Friends was created in 1966.
we can talk with our friends more often because your not inside your outside. when your outside you can talk with your friends so you can't get in trouble
Katniss has been hunting in the woods outside of District 12 most of her life, she officially started to hunt at 11 but went into the woods before that with her father for years. Peeta has never been outside of district 12 his whole life he has only known the bakery as a way of life and has no hunting experience.
I'm thirteen too. And sometimes I hang out outside of school, go to the mall, movies and sleepovers. But like you're not obliged too, you can still be really good friends but not hang out outside of school. The main purpose of hanging out is to have fun and get to know your friends better. Definitely, hanging out outside of school is good, but you don't have too.
Yes,they are :)
In the field no, outside the field they could be friends not best friends
The same reason as it's important to learn about what is outside your house . .
