The anime stops at episode 51 but the story continues in the manga which is till ongoing . same as hunter x hunter

No, Rave Master does not have a sequel. Instead the creator of the series made a new series called Fairy Tail, which is currently still going on.

The Ranma 1/2 anime is complete and has been since 1992. In short, it will not. As for the OVAs, it's impossible to say when or if it will at all; since the most recent was released 12 years after the previous, it seems anything is truly possible, but since predictability has gone out the window I wouldn't hold my breath for a sequel.
