Michael Bolton was asked to sing the sound track to the Disney film 'Hercules'.
The music was composed by Alan Menken & the lyrics written by David Zippel. The song was produced by Walter Afanasieff and Michael Bolton.
Michaels often jokes that when he was asked to work on Hercules, he was very excited and went straight to the gym to tone up his muscles and was later relieved when they said it was to sing and not appear as Hercules!! Ha Ha!!
The song appears on Michaels album 'All that matters'.
This song has become particularly poignant to a lot of people who are fighting their own individual life battles and is very popular when Michael performs it live on stage at his concerts.
