They are. If you mean why they didn't use the original cast, it could be due to the fact that the writers wanted fresh meat- ur... characters in their show. Some have speculated that the 5th season (which has been green-lighted) will include a mix of both generation casts, but who knows (besides the Behind the Scenes guys). As for where you can watch it, it hasn't aired in the US (to my knowledge), but check your local listings if you're Canadian, it's on until March 29th, 2012.
