Apparently the show was "inappropriate" for kids and "real" ghost hunters said that Cartoon Network doesn't understand how "dangerous" this is.
Also because the show wasn't bringing in the ratings and its showing that CN Real is an epic failure on Cartoon Network.

Why did cartoonnetwork did not cancel total drama?
They are. If you mean why they didn't use the original cast, it could be due to the fact that the writers wanted fresh meat- ur... characters in their show. Some have speculated that the 5th season (which has been green-lighted) will include a mix of both generation casts, but who knows (besides the behind the scenes guys). As for where you can watch it, it hasn't aired in the US (to my knowledge), but check your local listings if you're Canadian, it's on until March 29th, 2012.
