Why was Ronnie radke sentenced to jail?

He was arrested because him and his friends were suppose to fight this guy and so on, and when everything went down Ronnies friend had a gun and shot the guy, so Ronnie was At Fault because he was there. And it turned out that the guy that shot the opposing person commited suicide before his trial so Ronnie was taken responsible for it all. And his previous drug habits didn't help much in court.

He's not on probation anymore.He's in jail. And the first person who answered this was all wrong.He wasn't the only one charged,the guy who commited suicide was charged with first degree murder and was sceduled for a trial but then he killed himself so the blame all went on Ronnie. He didnt even have to go to jail, he was just on probation for like 5 years. But he violated his probation by doing drugs, and his probation was revoked.

that guy killing himself practically screams 'guilty' and now poor Ronnie is stuck with all the blame ... but i spose it could be worse!

He is in jail for getting into a fight over Max Greene calling Micheal Cook's girlfriend something nasty. Micheal Cook ended up dying and the person who actually killed him committed suicide shortly after leaving Ronnie to be charged for everything.

Ronnie is expected to be released from jail in september 2010, and will have a new band to join.

Correction: The correct term would be he was an accessoryto murder. He was there when I fight occured in which an 18 year old was killed and did not report it. He also was in possession of drugs.

ronnie's friend was involved in a gun crime and ronnie was with him so they assumed that he was also involvded in the crime. i miss ronnie come back pls!!!!

he molested a donkey in Texas, then was escorted to his home state to be sentenced for bestiality. however, before his court date, he escaped custody and was present when his friend killed another person. finally he was apprehended and put in jail where he belongs.

He was involved in a fight that lead to the death of a man. He was sentenced to i think 5 years probation, had to get a stable job, and go to drug/alchohol rehab. Due to all this he was fired from the band. He went into a depression and started drugs again and didn't hear with his parole officer for two months. Now he got a warrant and was arrested a few months later. He was sentenced for 18- 24 months jail. He is now living better in a new great band called falling in reverse!
