JordanI think it was like august 2004 and he gets out somtime in 2012 I'm sorry, but that's incorrect. He had five years. He gets out this year around November, more than likely he'll be on house arrest before and after he gets out. Then, his new band Falling In Reverse will go on tour as soon as possible. (:
