Why did Harry Potter run away from the Dursley House?

Dumbledore left harry with the dursleys because of aunt petunia.When lily had died for harry, it created a magical protection for harry against voldemort, but this protection can only be sealed if he is with his mother's blood which flows in aunt petunia(they're sisters)

His parents were killed and he had no other family members. Except for his godfather Sirius Black but as he was blaimed by th death of Harry's parents he went to jail and Harry didnt have anyother family except the Dursleys.

I take it you mean when he runs away at the begining of the book. He runs away as he got annoyed with Aunt Marge (his uncle's sister), talking down about his father and mother, that he used magic to inflate her. Since he is underage, he thinks that the Ministry of Magic is going to punish him at Privet Drive so he leaves to try and get to Hogwarts himself.
