I read this online supposedly copied from Hellogoodbye's blog when they announced Chris's leaving, so I'm not totally sure this is true, but I believe that Chris left to go to college and study business. Jesse also left to go to college and it says Marcus wanted to be home full-time. But both Chris in his letter and Forrest say there's no hard feelings about it so that's good!
