Spider-Man would beat Batman 10/10 times. This is why:

Batman has revolutionary and advanced technology, but non of it is any match for Spider-Man. Before he even reached for a single on of his gadgets, Spider-Man could string him up in a web, and knock him out, so he can't escape.

Also, Spider-Man dodged a machine gun from 5 feet away. He can certainly Dodge a batarang, or any other gadget of Batman's.

If Batman somehow gets Spider-Man to a dark area, Spider-Man's spidey sense will ensure that he sees Batman a mile away.

Spider-Man has superhuman strength, speed and agility. Batman's skills are no match.

Spider-Man's villains are representations of how good he is. Spider-Man has defeated a criminal with powers practically identical to his own. (Venom) Spider-Man defeated a 7 foot lizard beast, who could regenerate limbs on command, and had razor sharp claws . (The Lizard) Spider-Man defeated a man who could manipulate electricity and was made almost entirely of it. (Electro) Spider-Man defeated a man who was made of sand, couldn't be punched, and or shot with webs. This villain also could absorb sand and become bigger and stronger.

Batman's main villains are all human, Joker, Blackmask, Bane, Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Penguin, The Riddler, etc. Spider-Man could take down each and every one of those villains in a matter of seconds.

People say that Batman beat Superman so he is better, well Batman used kryptonite. A little girl could beat Superman if she had kryptonite, all she needs to do is whip it out, put it next to him and stay there until he dies, so he can't get out of the jam. It isn't that hard. Also lets not forget that in The Battle of the Century, DC, Marvel crossover, Spider-Man beat Superman too.

Bottom line, Spider-Man wins hands down.

Batman may have quite the reputation. But spider-man is a super human, who fights super villains with super powers. Batman has no powers and fight super villains without super power or have really big weaknesses. Batman would be defeated. He would do his best to give spider-man a fight!

Spider-Man. ‘Cause he’s half human blood and half spider blood and fights crimes during daylight and nightfall while Bat man only fights crimes at night.
