It has much bigger jaws and it is 18 times heavier the anaconda's squizing lock won't work sinds shaks dont breath like land animals but they only need to move to stay alive, the great white will rip the anaconda apart by biting it with its needlesharp teeth
it depends of what type of shark like lets say great hammerhead.Well if no one has ever seen a shark or anaconda fight then anaconda would probally win with
squeezing it to death or if the hammerhead can bite the anaconda's head leaving
it to die.It's much likely for the anaconda to win.

Whereas
A Great white can only grow to around 6 metres (20 ft)
So going off size difference ALONE the Megaladon would be upwards of 2.5x the size of a Great White.
The Giant Squid would win, as it would suffocate the shark in its tentacles.
