That's hard to say. If it was Justice League vs Avengers, Justice League would win by far. In a crossover event Superman beat Hulk, Batman beat Captain America, Flash beat quicksilver, Spider-Man beat Superboy, Wolverine beat Lobo, Thor beat Shazam, Aquaman beat Sub-Mariner, Silver Surfer beat Kyle Rayner Green Lantern(No surprise he's a chump compared to Hal Jordan Green Lantern), Elektra beat Catwoman, Wonder Woman would have beaten Storm with Thor's hammer but decided it would not be honorable and dropped the hammer and lost, and Robin beat Jubilee.
nice question! well, DC comics have your classic trinity, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the JLA, the JSA, The Teen Titans, The Legion of Superheroes (there are like a hundred of those guys!), The Outsiders, and an entire multiverse of other superheroes (for more information read Crisis on Infinate Earths, Infinate Crisis, or Final Crisis) while Marvel comics has a few superheroes like Spiderman, the Hulk, and the X-men. So, overall, I think DC would be able to easily crush Marvel without even trying.
His outfit. When Bob Kane first began writing the Batman comics, he was writing for Amalgam Comics, which was a short lived under comic book company for both DC and Marvel comics. At that time he was only called referred to as "The Bat-Man" and still referred to at times as "The Batman". The character first appeared in Detective Comics #27 (May 1939), and since then has appeared primarily in publications by DC Comics. While in Amalgam Comics, he was an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
That was Daily Metropolis editor Perry White. The newspaper of the DC Superman comics series. Perry White said "Great Ceasar's Ghost."
Catman is a character created by DC comics. He was originally a foe of Batman. His alter-ego is Thomas Reese Blake, a famous trapper of African jungle cats.
Yes because Catboy has blue lightning coming from him + Flash has yellow. Red is slowest, then up the rainbow to blue, and white is the fastest.
Probably Wonder-Woman, as she came out far before him. But if your talking about kids, kids probably think more Spongebob then Wonder-Woman unless they were die hard DC Comics fans :)
Marvel would win DC sucks balls

Yes, Metahumans are DC Comics equivalent to Marvel's mutants.
It is close but I would say probably.
Spawn is not part of Marvel or DC comics. He is a character created by Todd McFarlane and belongs to Image Comics.
No. DC's first comic book title was Detective Comics #1 (which is what "DC" originally stood for) in 1937. Marvel Comics #1 (featuring the Sub-Mariner and the Human Torch) was published in 1939, by Timely Comics, a few months after DC published Action Comics #1 (with the first Superman story). The company changed its name from Timely Comics to Atlas Comics in the 1950s, and to Marvel Comics in 1962.
