Who would win Kira Yamato in Strike Freedom or Domon Kasshu in Burning Gundam?

Well lets see:

Domon: Highly experienced martial artist who bears the "King of Hearts" title (Strongest fighter of the colonies)

Possesses inhuman strength, speed and stamina

Can use Hyper mode

Kira: Ultimate coordinator (genetically modified human)

Can use SEED mode

Skilled pilot and soldier

Out of these two its easy to see who wins: Domon. This part is won right when inhuman pops up. The thing is: All G Gundam fighters are inhuman, they can all perform feats that pilots from other Gundam timelines can't match.

Now for round two, but instead of armament it's their abilities that will be used:

Burning Gundam:

Mobile Trace System: Connects the pilot's body to the MF, allowing precise and fluent motion as well as increases the MF's mobility. It can also tap into the emotions of the pilot creating a hyper mode.

Hyper Mode: When a pilot reaches an enlightened state, the MF and pilot glow a bright gold color. This signifies that Hyper mode is active. In hyper mode, both a pilot and their MF are at their peak in terms of power, speed and stamina and can unleash their most powerful attacks.

Burning Finger: An attack that heats the hands of Burning Gundam, the hands are then thrust out, grasping the head of an enemy MF and crushing it and cauing severe damage. Can be followed up by Heat End, which sends a charge of energy into the enemy MF, instantly destroying it.

Sekiha Tenkyoken: Final technique of the School of Master Asia. Similar to the Kamehameha wave, the attack channels energy to Burning Gundam's hands and is released in a massive ball or laser, both can cause devastating damage to an enemy MF (sometimes it doesn't need to even hit the target) or to the very environment.

Sekiha Tenkyoken Burning Finger: A combination of the two previous attacks, it sends out a golden hand that grasps the enemy and crushes them, it too is an instant destroy move.

Sekiha Love Love Tenkyoken: Used in conjunction with Rain Mikamura, this massive energy attack is similar to the original, but has added a large King of Hearts figure at the front. This massive figure passes through a target, leaving a heart shaped hole through it's abdomen, after which it explodes. The bonus of this attack is the ability to take out regenerating MS with ease (Dark Gundam or others who use nanomachines). It is considered Domon's strongest attack.

Strike Freedom Gundam:

Ultra compact hyper dueterion nuclear reactor: The powerplant of the Strike Freedom that gives it infinite energy to draw upon.

SEED mode: This is a special mode for SEED pilots. In SEED mode a pilots pupils dialate and the irises grow. Once activated it allows a person to exceed the normal physical and mental limits, like an adrenaline rush. In this state, the user also becomes more analytical and tries to calculate an outcome.

DRAGOONs: Small fin like objects that adourn the wings of the Strike Freedom. These are reminicent of the funnels from the earlier U.C. timeline of Gundam and act in a similar fashion. They fire a particle beam when locked onto a target and can be controlled through brainwaves that are fed into the system. A big draw back is that they cannot be used in Earth's atmosphere and in certain MS from the C.E. timeline when destroyed the DRAGOONS actually weaken the MS they are attached to.

Variable Phase Shift Armor: A system that allows an pilot to adjust the stength of his MS' armor depending on the situation.

Voiture Lumiere booster engine: Special booster system that creates blue wings of light. These wings can increase the mobility of the Strike Freedom or be used in the HiMat.

HiMAt Full Burst: Using all available weapons, the Strike Freedom launches a massive beam attack that uses the DRAGOONS to lock onto enemies as well. This blast is perfect for clearing several grunt units.

Once again, after factoring in it has to be Burning Gundam. The Strike Freedom has alot of firepower to it's name, but the thing is that Burning Gundam has even more devastating power at it's command. On top of that, Hyper mode gives more of a boost than SEED mode, especially when in conjunction with the mobile trace system, which uses the pilot's power in the first place. So it makes the pilot stronger and in turn makes Burning Gundam stronger.
